Link Cybertill to an Existing Ecommerce Store

Some clients that implement Cybertill’s EPoS system already have an existing ecommerce store that is trading very successfully. Whereas some want to start again and use the full Cybertill ecommerce solution, others are happy with the business their existing ecommerce site generates and want to take advantage of having one product file and customer file and the same stock across their sales channels. This is one of the advantages of Cybertill, as this can be arranged through what is called a SOAP link.

Integrating Ecommerce, EPoS and Mail Order

Importantly this SOAP link allows the retailer to retain their current ecommerce site whilst integrating all sales channels; ecommerce store, point of sale (EPoS) and mail order. So now retailers can decide to keep their existing ecommerce site or use Cybertill’s ecommerce solution. But, both ways they still benefit from having live stock control and visibility across all the sales channels all in real time. That means no more orders for stock that doesn’t exist and no more separate customer files.
