The issues before cybertill The issues before cybertill was acquired
Prior to purchasing the cybertill solution, Organza Orchid had no effective method of stock management and with the imminent launch of the boutique’s website, it was essential to manage the customer experience. Due to the limited items in each range, Organza Orchid also did not want to offer over the website the products which they had already sold in store.
“We wanted a system which allowed us to deliver excellent customer service, while the system managed everything else,” explains David Rush, the company’s joint director,
How cybertill has helped Organza Orchid
The system has streamlined the organisation’s operations, enabled better staff management and improved retail decision-making.
“The user-friendliness has enabled Organza Orchid to easily train casual staff on essential functionality in less than half a day, which is critical for a small business,” claims David.
Current status and plans for the future with cybertill
With the functionality offered by cybertill, Organza Orchid are able to let the software manage issues related to stock management, reporting and planning. This frees the owners to focus on customer service and other key issues.
The New Year will see the launch of the company’s new website (www.organzaorchid.co.uk), which will also be on the cybertill platform. This will give Organza Orchid even more scope to grow their business while still using a single product database. |
