Ziggla Boutique retails unique, high quality, unisex lingerie, toys, costumes, shoes, and a variety of related accessories from its Retail Outlet in Fulham and its On-line boutique.

The Problem

As a first time EPoS buyer, Ziggla wanted a user-friendly system that did not require a lengthy incorporation into its business. Realizing that a number of competitors were using a Multi-channel strategy to deliver their products, EPoS and E-commerce was a prerequisite. In fact, Ziggla wanted to take this a step further with full real-time ‘clicks and mortar’ integration.

Ziggla previously used a manual system with cybertill being the first solution of its type within the store. Without admittedly EPoS expertise, a key element was sourcing a solution that encompassed technical support and training.

Ziggla selected the Core database module with additional Purchase Order Processing, Stock Control and Reporting plus the E-commerce Website Core modules. At a price of £15 per month, Cybertill Technical Support was additionally purchased. Industry experts Box Technology supplied the core Hardware.

Hilda required a fully scalable system to allow the seamless integration of additional till points and new retail outlets. Due to cybertill’s delivery, additional Points of Sale can be seamlessly incorporated using the shared core database.
