Real-time information across your estate
With cybertill, the real-time integration between EPoS and the web provide information for a successful multi-channel approach to retail.  Retailers no longer have to wait for vital operational data to be delivered at the end of the day or at the end of the month, leaving little time to react or adapt. Purchase Order Processing
cybertill’s Purchase Order Processing facility ensures customer satisfaction and a high level of order fulfillment. Features include:

  • Recommended re-order levels via min - max stock levels or sales history
  • The emailing of customers automatically when ordered products have been delivered to store

Order Tracking

A comprehensive and easy-to-use e-commerce and mail-order systems tracks orders for items in and out of stock, with back-to-back links to the Purchase Order Processing system.  An example of this would be where a product ordered from the internet that was not in stock automatically prompts the Purchase Order Processing system to order that item from the supplier.
When the item comes into stock, the system flags to the operator that this is for a customer’s order. The customer order would be brought up again in the Sales Order Processing system and the operator prompted to ship the goods to the customer. cybertill would also e-mail the customer automatically when the goods come into stock and again once they have been shipped.
 
 
 
Our Report Generator allows users to extract as much or as little information as they require from the cybertill system.  Although this is intuitive and easy to use, we will develop reports for you if you require.  In the future, we hope that the cybertill user community will be able to share both common stock information and examples of reports that they have written.
 
Integration with other Software
Seamless links with several Accounts Packages and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems ensure continuity in the migration to cybertill.  This extends to customers who prefer to continue using their existing website, which can be fully incorporated into our retail solution.

SOAP Links - Integrate your existing website into cybertill
Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) is secure, firewall-friendly way to allow you to link your existing website to the cybertill EPoS system. The link maintains continuity as all stock, sales and management data is still shared between EPoS, E-commerce, Mail Order and CRM.
The SOAP link defines an XML structure that allows information to be processed by starting a program or process. As an industry standard, the link ensures that security is maintained whilst the SOAP is not platform-specific and also able to navigate through firewalls.

Linking store and web site operations into your mail order channel is a pre-requisite in today's multi-channel world. Cybertill Sales Order Processing (SOP) allows you to incorporate profitable mail order business without losing control over your stock and sales.
