The Cybertill board of directors is comprised of management executives with extensive expertise and experience in the retail and technology industries and proven track records in successfully growing and developing businesses.

Ian Tomlinson – Chief Executive Officer
Ian founded Cybertill in 2001 and controls both the evolution of the of the software and successful expansion of the business. His innovative approach and expertise ensure Cybertill continues to be a successful and ground breaking organisation.

James Ward – Chief Operating Officer
James oversees the controlled and successful growth of the business. He is also responsible for finance and plays a critical part in the corporate governance and strategic development of Cybertill as a sound and profitable organisation. James joined Cybertill in 2004 and has held several senior posts within the business, including Finance Director. Prior to Cybertill James was the Finance Manager for a national electrical and building contractor.

Tony Woods – Sales Director
Tony joined Cybertill in 2006 and was promoted to Sales Director in 2008. With a proven track record in sales and business development in retail, Tony’s knowledge and expertise has helped open new sectors to Cybertill as well strengthen its hold in existing markets.
With over 25 years experience of the retail sector Tony has previously worked for several EPoS providers holding a host of senior posts including Managing Director.

Rob Finley – Business Development Director
Rob has been with Cybertill since day one and has been central to the continual and successful growth of the business. Today Rob focuses on working with larger retail operations as well as charity retailers. Rob has over 25 years of experience in the retail sector, and worked for several different EPoS providers, prior to joining Cybertill.

Ed Micklewright – Client Services Director
Ed’s blue chip background has helped him craft Cybertill’s working practice and culture alike. He originally joined Cybertill as sales manager before moving to client services and has been central to the organisation’s focus and development of its client services. Ed was appointed Client Services Director in 2008.
Prior to Cybertill Ed held a variety of client facing roles with several organisations including National Sales Trainer for Nestlé.

Suzy Frith – Non-Executive Chairman
Suzy spent the first years of her career in the IT industry and was co-founder of a PC manufacturer in the 1980s. In 1985 she founded one of the UK’s first and most successful PR consultancies to specialise in the tech sector and worked with the boards of hundreds of software, hardware and services companies.
In 2004 she took on the first of several non-executive board positions and became non-executive chairman of Cybertill in October 2009.
